1. Order Cancellation
Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accommodated.
2. Return/Exchange Eligibility
Unopened Items: Returns/exchanges are accepted only for items in their original sealed packaging.
Opened Items: Items that have been unsealed or removed from original packaging are not eligible for returns/exchanges unless quality issues are present.
3. Return Process
Step 1: Initiate Request
Email our Customer Service Team with:
Order number
Video documentation of the product’s condition
Step 2: Approval & Instructions
Upon approval, a return address will be provided.
Customer Responsibility: Return shipping costs and applicable taxes are the customer’s responsibility.
Step 3: Shipment Tracking
Provide the return tracking number to ensure smooth processing.
Step 4: Refund Processing
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 1-2 business days after receiving and verifying the item.
Allow additional processing time by your bank/payment provider.
4. Product Quality Issues
Notify us within 24 hours of delivery by emailing:
Order number
Clear photographic evidence of the issue
Our Quality Assurance Team will investigate and resolve the case within 48 business hours.
5. Shipping Notices
Refunds cannot be processed for returns marked as **"Rejected"** or due to:
Recipient refusal to accept delivery
Invalid/unreachable recipient contact information
Ensure shipping details are accurate before confirming orders.
